Chicken Salad on the go

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rooster (shredded or cubed)
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped candy onion
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp crushed pecans
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges drained (8.25 ounces)
  • 1/2 of a pink pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup mayo of selection
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
Directions
  1. Toss collectively rooster, celery, onion, dried cranberries, almonds, pecans, mandarin oranges, and pink pepper till mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl combine collectively mayo, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard powder, and dried dill till mixed.
  3. Add mayo and yogurt combination into the rooster combination and mix.
  4. Enjoy by itself or eat with bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps!
