Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 6 giant carrots
  • 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp parmesan (non-compulsory)

Directions:

  1. Wash carrots and take away stems.
  2. Cut carrots in half after which into strips. Set apart.
  3. In a small dish mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a big bowl, toss the carrots with the olive oil combination till all of the carrots are coated.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place carrots in a single layer.

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp sugar (non-compulsory)
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice each apples and take away seeds and core.
  2. In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced apples with the cinnamon and sugar till coated.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place apple slices in a fair layer throughout the underside of the basket and spray prime with cooking spray.
  4. Air fry at 300 levels for 20 minutes, tossing and flipping apples each 5 minutes.
  5. Air fry a second time at 325 levels for five minutes, flipping and shaking the apples midway by way of.
